東工大Nomination階段#

在收到學校的推薦名額後，我們就要開始申請對方學校的流程了。以東工大的YSEP計畫 ↗為例，基本上會經過以下幾個流程：

Step 1. Contact the Student Exchange Officer (or equivalent) at your home university (叫你的大學幫你提名)

Step 2. Find an academic supervisor at Tokyo Tech (找你在東工大的指導教授)

Step 3. Submit the required application materials online. (application的階段，這時候就要找好教授了)

基本上報名到這邊就結束了，接下來就是等學校給你COE：

Step 4. The Certificate of Eligibility (COE) will be sent to you from the International Student Exchange Division of Tokyo Tech. (Three months to one month before enrollment)

Step 5. Apply for your visa on your own with the COE which you have received. (Two months to one month before enrollment)

Step 6. Information about an orientation will be sent from the International Student Exchange Division. (One month to two weeks before enrollment)

Step 7. Entrance, Orientation (Arrival in Japan – Enrollment)

Dead Line#

首先第一步就是要提名。我們可以看到東工大的schedule如下：

因為我是要一年的，所以要看的就是2024 10月入學的，因此是下面那欄。

這裡的Nomination是以學校為單位的(通常都是這樣)，所以這邊因為清大要求要將同樣時段(2024秋入學同一間學校)的資料整理過去，所以按照要求的格式，我回信給了麥小姐：

回信給麥小姐的內容#

1. 姐妹校英文校名：

   • Tokyo Institute of Technology

2. 國外姊妹校承辦聯絡人姓名及Email(請附上查詢頁面網址)：

   • 承辦人：(網路上找不到)
   • 負責單位：International Student Exchange Division

3. 提名方式(如查詢不到資料，可略過) :

   • 透過以下表單提名：https://tokyotech.app.box.com/f/5d1b0672a3b94acf94f536d5c81a3bb6 ↗
   • 裡面需要繳交： (1) Nomination Sheet(並改名為”National_Tsin_Hua_University_Nomination Sheet”)，這裡的Nomination Sheet應該是指東工大那邊提供給清大需要填的表單。 (2) 要申請ACAP的人要額外繳交ACAP course oriented program sheet (不過因為我和另一位都是YSEP所以不需要)。

4. 提名開始及截止日期：

   • 開始日期：無 (並無指定，應該是現在就可以提名的意思)
   • 截止日期：April 15, 2024

5. 提名資料表：

   • 請見附件(因另一位同學為2025春，故這次只繳交我的)

這裡可以注意到提名資料表和nomination sheet(要交過去東工大提名表單的)是不一樣的，以下是學長當時要提交的表單，可以看到完全不一樣：

因此我猜麥小姐會再幫我們填好上傳。

是有幫我寫好，但結果今年的格式又不一樣了。

所以要記得事先先確認好，可先去問麥小姐，如果沒有的話再去問對方學校。
