✅ 02. Official Transcript in English ↗#

Include the guidelines of the grading system in English.
Submit transcripts for the last twelve months.
Tokyo Tech reserves the right to verify the authenticity of your transcript.

✅ 03. Recommendation Letter from your Home University (Free format) ↗#

問了之前去交換的學長，他說他找永楷教授幫他寫的，並且跟我說似乎只要找教授寫就可以，不一定要是校方的校長或啥的。
所以目前打算找濬屹教授再幫我寫一份。

✅ 04. Verification of Student Status at your Home University ↗#

問了學長，他說這個要請麥小姐幫忙聯繫能開證明的人，因為如果直接去註冊組的話似乎會有許多的不便…
後來找麥小姐連絡，不到半天就拿到電子檔了，超讚 (這裡為了保險，畢業時間寫9/30)
This document, issued by your home university, must verify that you will maintain student status at your home university during your exchange period at Tokyo Tech.
If your university’s verification does not certify your enrollment period at your home university while at Tokyo Tech, please use our format(Word) for your verification. The period of your enrollment on the submitted verification needs to be exceed the period of enrollment at Tokyo Tech.

✅ 05. Application for Certificate of Eligibility (COE) ↗#

(07/27更新) 後來回來看發現，早知道當初就應該填羽田的qq，成田沒有比較近啊orz要填之前真的要先想好然後有關預計入境的時間，可以寫開學前1周左右的時間。因為像我們今年10/3開學，宿舍可以讓我們搬進來的時間是09/26，如果在這之前到日本就要先自己找地方住。就看需要填入境日本的時間囉！

✅ 06. Copy of your Passport (page(s) that verify name, nationality and photo) ↗#

If you do not have a passport at the time of application, submit a copy of the relevant pages to the International Student Exchange Division by email as soon as it is issued.

✅ 07. Official Test score report from TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, or equivalent document ↗#

The submission of the official test scores is strongly recommended.
Native speakers of English are exempt from this requirement.

✅ 08. Photograph ↗#

The photo must be taken within the past 3 months, shows upper body and full face with a closed mouth (no smiling), no caps or hats, taken in front of a plain background

Please submit evidence that a Tokyo Tech faculty member has consented to be your academic supervisor.
A PDF version of email correspondence with the faculty member is sufficient to fulfill this requirement.

:question: 10. Documents verifying your financial status in English#

Financial status verification* might be required as part of the application process for the Certificate of Eligibility (COE), which is the documentation used to obtain a visa to study in Japan. You will be notified by the relevant contact person at Tokyo Tech if you are required to submit the documents.

For example, a bank statement (which verifies the available balance in the account) for you or your financial supporter; or a scholarship certificate (if any). If there is not an English version of these documents, you should attach a certified English translation with a signature of the translator and the date of translation.

結果我最後今天也拿到COE了，雖然我上面寫的是要用我自己的銀行帳號，不過最後好像也沒有被檢查所以可能就是照著他申請表格上寫要填什麼就填什麼吧！
